Mentoring the Next Generation
Our Chef/Owner Zack Trabbold regularly volunteers at local schools and culinary programs. Zack’s goal is to inspire the next generation of chefs and hospitality professionals by sharing his knowledge and love of food.
We also offer internships and training opportunities for young talent to get real world experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Through mentorship and hands-on training we want to equip the next generation with the skills and confidence to succeed in the industry.
