Zack is the mastermind behind Evolved Events Catering. A graduate of the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill in Philadelphia, Zack has worked under some of the East Coast’s top chefs. His experience includes multiple restaurant openings and rebranding projects where his culinary creativity has been widely recognized. Zack was named Best Chef by Baltimore Magazine 3 years in a row (2022, 2023, 2024) and Best Chef of Maryland in 2023. He was also a top 3 finalist in the World Food Championship, proving his culinary genius. Zack’s passion for taking Maryland’s food scene to the next level through fresh, locally inspired dishes is at the heart of Evolved Events Catering.
Natalie Trabbold – Owner | Director of Admin and Bar
Natalie brings creative and operational expertise to oversee admin and bar operations at Evolved Events Catering. She started in the restaurant industry as a server and her natural leadership skills led her to management roles. With a background in marketing and design, Natalie brings her creative touch to cocktail crafting and event management. She’s been nominated for Best Bartender by Baltimore Magazine 2 times, proof of her skill and innovative approach to mixology. Natalie’s ability to balance creativity with operationals is key to the overall client and guest experience.
Lou Petrucci – Corporate Director of Operations
Lou has over 40 years of event planning and management experience with Evolved Events Catering. His extensive background in planning all types of events ensures every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Known for his leadership, positive attitude and attention to detail, Lou is a trusted member of the team and the reason Evolved Events delivers high quality experiences. His expertise in logistics and team management makes events seamless and memorable.
Nicole Standish – Regional Manager
Nicole’s love of food and hospitality comes from her unique background as a first generation farmer. She started in the restaurant industry at 15 and has worked as a server, prep chef and event coordinator gaining insight into every aspect of the business. Her experience raising livestock and growing organic produce has shaped her commitment to using fresh, local ingredients – a core value at Evolved Events. Nicole’s passion for food and understanding of hospitality allows her to lead the team with authenticity and care so every event meets the company’s high standards.
Kim Brennan – Director of Events and Catering
Kim’s event design and execution experience comes from over 10 years in social and corporate markets. With a degree in Communications (Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing) Kim excels at creating events that feel personal and polished. Her creativity goes beyond event planning to cooking, writing and photography – skills she uses to craft immersive and memorable experiences for clients. Kim’s strategic approach to event planning combined with her artistic vision creates one-of-a-kind events that leave a lasting impression.
Chef Mike Everd – Corporate Executive Chef
Mike’s culinary journey started in his childhood kitchen helping his mom cook. A Baltimore native, Mike earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Science from Pennsylvania College of Technology. His experience includes various cuisines from Hawaiian and Asian fusion to Greek giving him a versatile and innovative approach to menu creation. He’s opened restaurants and managed country clubs, experiences that have refined his leadership and culinary skills. Mike’s creative flair and deep understanding of flavor combinations is what makes Evolved Events Catering unique.
Jude Drinkuth – Catering Manager
Jude handles the day to day operations of Evolved Events Catering. His event planning and client service expertise ensures every catered event runs smoothly and professionally. Jude’s calm demeanor and problem solving skills make him a behind the scenes rockstar, ensuring every detail is managed seamlessly. Haley Fisher – Bar Manager
Hayley brings energy, organization, and a passion for hospitality to her role as Bar Manager. With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for crafting seamless drink experiences, she ensures every bar setup runs smoothly and professionally. Her ability to manage high-volume events with grace and efficiency makes her an essential part of the team. From signature cocktails to last-call logistics, Hayley keeps service flowing and guests happy.
