Chef Zack Trabbold earned a Culinary Arts degree from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). Since before his culinary pedigree began, Chef Trabbold has been immersed in the hospitality industry. His kitchen experience started with working under some of the most elite chefs on the East Coast. He has facilitated several restaurant openings and rebranding, and has traveled the country sharing his craft with the world. While doing so, chef accrued numerous awards along the way including Best Chef in Baltimore Magazine for 2022, 2023, and 2024, Best Chef of Maryland through Restaurant Assocation of Maryland 2023, World Food Championship top 3 finalist, and Best New Restaurant 2022.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Natalie has always had much interest in learning the restaurant industry. She started as a server and worked her way up to bartending and management positions. While she has a background in marketing and design, she has integrated her talents to become the back of the house expertise. She has immersed herself in the restaurant industry learning how to craft the perfect cocktail along with learning every aspect of a successful restaurant business. Natalie has been nominated two years in a row for “Best Bartender” through Baltimore Magazine’s Best Restaurant Readers Poll.

Since before entering the restaurant industry at the age of fifteen, Nicole's love language has always been food and hospitality. Nicole joined our team as a server, yet quickly moved on to other roles including work as a prep chef in our kitchen, facilitating catering events both on and off site, and now leads our house as the Assistant General Manager. Having gained years of management experience across various business industries, Nicole feels her greatest contribution to our team comes from her time working as a first-generation farmer - raising livestock and growing organic produce to feed her family and local community. Nicole's passion for agriculture and sourcing the freshest ingredients makes her an integral part of our mission here.

Kim Brennan | Director of Events and Catering
Kim Brennan is an accomplished Event Designer with over a decade of experience in both social and corporate markets. Her diverse educational background in Communications; specializing in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing, developed her ability to envision, implement and execute exceptionally captivating and well organized functions.
She considers herself a huge “foodie” and thrives on anything that inspires her creativity- including cooking, writing and photography. Throughout her career, she’s channeled her artistic passion to create hundreds of authentic experiences and long lasting memories, both for herself and her wonderful clientele.
Chef Mike was born and raised in Baltimore. He began to show his passion for food at a young age while helping his mother prepare meals. His first job was a cook at a local bagel shop when he was 15 years old. From there he attended Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he earned his bachelor degree in Culinary Arts and Science. Since then, he has worked for different establishments that helped develop and strengthen his knowledge in different cuisines including, Hawaiian, Asian fusion and Greek. He has been apart of opening restaurants and running country clubs. Over his culinary journey, he has been mentored by talented Chefs and is now sharing his knowledge and flavors within our Hospitality Group. Chef Mike also shares his love for food and cooking with his young son who hopes to become a baker.
